EGG FREEZING.

What does it mean for women in France to navigate fertility preservation today? What about the desire to be a mom?

The project emerged from a lack of visibility around egg freezing in France, despite its free access for women between 29 & 37 in 2021. What appears to be a medical opportunity is also a long and demanding process marked by waiting times, medical protocols, and uncertainty at every stage. Between hospital overload, hormonal treatments, and unpredictable outcomes, women navigate this journey often without clear information, negotiating personal desire alongside social expectations.
